2. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?

- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
- Select a payment method and complete the purchase.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so cancellations or modifications are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately if needed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, standard shipping charges apply.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-4 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India.
4. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer 7-day hassle-free returns for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at care@chamrskart.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during a sale
- Items priced under ₹99
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
