How do I place an order?
Placing an order on ChamrsKart is simple! Browse our collection, add your favorite items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once your order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order status under the “My Orders” section in your ChamrsKart account.
2. Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above βΉ499. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India.
3. Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at care@chamrskart.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during a sale
